Refund policy

^{EXCHANGE & REFUNDS}

^{When purchasing from www.palmgrens.se or through contact with the store, you have the right to return your order within 14 days from the time the product is received and delivered.}

^{Reimbursement for a returned product will be refunded to the customer's account within 30 days. We will refund the money to your account as soon as we received and approved your returned product(s).}

^{If you receive a damaged package, we ask you to report this immediately to the delivery point. If you discover other damages after opening your package, please contact us immediately at webshop@palmgrens.se}  

^RETURNS

^{If at any time you are not completely satisfied with a purchases made from Palmgrens.se, or directly through contact with the store, you have the right to return your package within 14 days from the date that you received your order. The cancelling period in accordance with given regulations regarding online purchases.}

^{In order for us to approve the return, the product has to be in its original condition. The product should be in its original package together with its dust bag and/or box along with any accessories. Any transport damages due to faulty packaging will be charged to the customer. We ask you kindly to avoid sending and putting address labels directly on the inner packaging.}

^{We ask you to note that it is not regarded as an exercise of the right of withdrawal not to pick up a package or not to receive a delivery.}

^{We also ask you to note that you are responsible to pay for the return postage/delivery and ask you to save your return receipt and freight documents and share these details with us through mail.}
