Description
Palmgrens' Cross Table was launched as a continuation of the Cross Stool and our decade-long collaboration with renowned Swedish architect Thomas Sandell.
The Cross Tables's frame is made of sipo mahogany wood and is dressed in vegetable-tanned calf leather from Tärnsjö, a Swedish tannery.

The intricate table was constructed by skilled craftsmen at KFK Snickeri and Sadelmakarmästarna, Stockholm.

An extended collaboration
In 2009, a collection of bags designed by the acclaimed architect Thomas Sandell was launched, and to celebrate our 125th anniversary, the Cross family was launched, an extension of our design collaboration and a return to our heritage of furniture production.
The simple
The carpentry work is carried out by the skilled KFK Snickeri, founded in 2008 and based in Stockholm. The Cross shape relies on its own construction, with designed mortise and tenon joints, which constantly attest to the furniture's intricate simplicity.
More than what meets the eye
The leather work is carried out by Sadelmakarmästarna and our own atelier. The leather is Swedish vegetable-tanned calf leather from Tärnsjö tannery, which covers the surface and the furniture's feet. Invisible to the eye, but easily reached by hand, are the small brass studs that completes the work underneath.
